Chapter 86: CHAPTER 86: HER FIRST BANQUET

The day she had been preparing for over a month finally arrived.

The banquet was in the evening, however, at the mansion, it was pretty busy in the afternoon as a group of women were busy helping Briar with her styling.

Briar felt helpless with all the fuss. However, when she thought of who she would be representing, she gritted her teeth and endured the strenuous process.

After taking her second shower of the day, Briar was forced to sit in the chair before the makeup artist started doing her job.

This was the first time that someone was taking her face seriously and using so much time just to add make-up. In fact, in her daily activities, Briar barely touched any foundation or face powder.

She might be average in looks, but that wouldn't force her to use makeup. Dealing with kids and then using makeup, she just found it wrong. Those things had chemicals in them. What if the kids get affected?
