Chapter 27: Introduction

He walked towards us with a smile and Lei Yuanyun raised a brow."Who's that?"

Zhao Ranchu turned back to me and said in hushed tones

"Is that who I think it is?"

I nodded with a small smile

"I told him you doubted him so he wanted to prove himself to you"

Zhao Ranchu looked at me in horror

"You are such a traitor . How can you put relationships before brotherhood???"

I let out a low laugh but before I could answer, Wang Muchen already reached our table.

He pulled off his scarf and put it behind a chair and sat down. There was a hint of unmistakable awkwardness in the air.

He smiled imperceptibly.

"Hello everyone."

I rolled my eyes at him and took over the introduction from there.

"This is Wang Muchen. You've heard a bit about him"

Lei Yuanyun snorted

"More like a lot."

I pursed my lips in embarrassment and turned to Wang Muchen only to see a smile flashing in his eyes.
