Chapter 210: A huge failure

"Time is up. Please stop writing and put down your pens."

Eveline took a deep breath and watched the professor approach to collect her answer sheet.

The tests, as well as the stressful events of the previous few days, had finally come to an end.

After Jonathan was voluntarily discharged, Eveline instructed Mark to shift the whole hospital staff assigned to her father at the Miller mansion. She wanted to make sure he didn't miss out on any necessary examinations because he opted to leave the hospital unexpectedly.

Now that he was home, she hired a few additional security guards to look around their house. The risk of confronting Jedrick vocally was too great for her at this point.

Even though the man was a hypocrite, she couldn't get rid of the deceptive sparkle in his eyes that kept her on edge. He might have kept smiling at her, but she knew that wasn't the case.
