Chapter 327: Ch 327: The stunning decision

Rika felt her heart calm down once she watched that old man leave. She did not even know how unnerved she felt in his presence. Just being in his presence made her head hurt.

"I am so glad that this is over. Zhu Li, are you alright? Your uncle, he-"

Rika addressed Zhu Li first, and that was a mistake she did not foresee coming.

She should have addressed Damian first since he looked most on the edge of his seat. But Rika did not realize just how close Damian was to snapping.

She only realized something was wrong when Damian grabbed her hand and pulled Rika outside.

He gave no one time to react to him before he was out of the door with Rika's arm held tightly to his wrist.

"Damian, are you alright? Did something happen? Where are you talking to me? Hey! I need to head back and talk things out. Shuu is in there as well, and I-"

The older alpha finally let Rika's wrist go, but he picked Rika up and threw her over his shoulder.
