Chapter 108: Ch 108: I have a plan

Fey pretended to be angry at the puppy. But in the face of Rika's puppy's ultimate cuteness, she gave in and joined the dark side soon enough.

"Ahhh, I cannot! I cannot win against such cuteness. Look at those eyes, that fur, that nose! How can you remain angry after witnessing such perfection? Rika, I have a proposal to make. Would you please sell your puppy to me? I am willing to pay you any price for it."

"But Fey, you are broke. Didn't you spend all your allowance already?"

Charon interfered in Fey's offer, quickly causing the excited teen to wilt away regretfully and make a pained face.

"No! Don't tell Rika the truth. I had her where I wanted her. She was about to hand me her ball of fluff! Why did you do this to me, Charon?"

Fey was quite dramatic as she quickly walked toward Charon and tried to hug her. But the older beta raised her fist threateningly, causing Fey to retreat swiftly to her side.
