Kim was holding out a knife to me. I stared at it in confusion, refusing to accept it.

"Take it. Go on. Go ahead and kill me." He urged, sounding panicked, like he was running out of time. I blinked slowly as I stepped away from him, shaking my head in response.

"No. I'm not gonna do that."

"You have to. They said that's the only way you can live, if you kill me." He insisted; taking a step closer to me and I accepted the knife from him, flinging it sideways.

"I don't care, I'm still not killing you," I told him firmly and he frowned.

"But…"

I shook my head firmly. "Just drop it. I'm not killing you and that's that." I responded firmly and he sighed, stepping closer to me.

"Why though? I put you in danger in the past, remember?"

I shrugged. "But you're not that person any longer. You've changed."
