Chapter 104: Traps In The Dark

Having already placed himself in the woman's black book, Kruxe had no qualms darkening his name and so was looking to tease Eva a bit more, but unfortunately, the footsteps of a ton of idiots cut his fun short.

"You're an assassin, behave like, one, I will be sure to report your conductance when I get back, and it doesn't matter if you are the shadow lord's golden boy, you will suffer for it."

"That's vengeful, where is the love between teammates, we should have each other's back," Kruxe said shaking his head and then just as his head stopped moving his figure disappeared and Eva had to squint her eyes and begin looking around her with a bit of suspicions before quickly focusing on the approaching sounds she could hear.

Detecting the danger, Kruxe left from Eva's side and now instead moved several steps forward and standing out in the open with both his hand having a dagger.

"This looks so hero like" Kruxe muttered.
