Chapter 38: Insignificant

Sarah's POV

We got to Anthony's bedroom. He walked to the sofa and threw me on it. "Ouch." I held my waist tightly. Was his plan to break my bones?

"Does it hurt?" He smiled at me, and I pouted, then walked down the sofa to leave when he grabbed my hand.

"You are becoming a nuisance by the day," he said sincerely. I can't believe he called me a nuisance.

"I will tell our son what you just called me." I turned to leave again, but he pulled me back and made me sit on the sofa again. He walked to his door and closed it.

This made me nervous and worried. "Why, why are you closing the door?"

"What do you think?" Then he slowly approached me. I clenched my fist as my breathing increased. I couldn't stand up as it was too late.

"I have such a beautiful wife," he whispered to my ears before touching my lips with his finger. "With beautiful lips," he added.
