"Kamikawa must be playing a game right now!"
Gabriel, half-lying on the bed, swore to Raphiel, who was sitting on the chair.
"Is Kamikawa playing games too? I thought only you play games." Raphiel exclaimed.
In her impression, Ren wasn't the type to play games.
"He's not playing. Usually, I invite him to play games with me."
Gabriel knew him quite well.
"Then why are you so sure he's definitely gaming right now?" Raphiel didn't quite grasp Gabriel's logic.
Gabriel lay back fully, gazing at the ceiling, and said slowly, "I just miss life in the world. Anyway, I'll drag Kamikawa into playing games with me now."
"Now that I'm gone, he'll never play games again."
"I would understand this reaction if we had been separated for 10 days. After all, so much time has passed." Raphiel couldn't help but complain, "But we've only been back for a day, and now you're overreacting?"
"For you, it's true we've only been back for a day. But for me, every second today is so difficult. You could say every second feels like a year."
Gabriel changed her posture and replied weakly.
"Do you have nothing to do?" Raphiel asked.
"No." Gabriel shook her head. "I really don't know what to do. The entertainment facilities in heaven are so lacking that I can't even arouse interest."
"Instead of wasting time on those things, it's better to just stay in bed."
"Then why did you call me here?"
Raphiel was a bit suspicious of her intention in calling her here.
"Because I'm bored, I just want to chat with you, otherwise, I really have no activities." Gabriel sat up and said seriously, "Also, I've been lying in my room all day today."
"So I'm just a tool for you to pass the time?"
Raphiel seemed hurt by her words, looking sad.
"Yes, that's it." Gabriel admitted unapologetically.
"You're truly heartless."
Almost instantly, the sadness on Raphiel's face disappeared.
"I know you very well and don't believe you'd be hurt by my words."
If Raphiel could be easily suppressed, then she would be happy to suppress her all day long.
"It seems like some moves have been overused; you won't be fooled." Raphiel said thoughtfully, "However, even though the repeated moves are slightly changed, Satania will still be fooled."
"Don't compare me to Satania." Gabriel emphasized.
Satania had the lowest IQ among them. Comparing herself to her would only lower her IQ level.
"If you have no work now, take this opportunity to do something that's just a waste of time. After all, you're idle."
Raphiel ignored her words and instead presented her own suggestion.
"Like what?" Gabriel was slightly interested. "But I've explained before that I don't want to do anything too troublesome."
"Unfortunately, what I want to say is very troublesome." Raphiel stretched out her hands helplessly, "If this is the problem, are you still willing to listen?"
"Tell me. Like you said, I have no business now. Maybe I'm interested in what you're talking about."
Gabriel didn't mind taking the time to listen.
"What I'm talking about is very simple. It's just knitting a scarf." Raphiel suggested the idea she had thought of. "Not only can you waste time, but you can also give that knitted scarf to someone else. It's like killing two birds with one stone."
"Knitting a scarf sounds boring, and I'm not interested at all."
Gabriel couldn't imagine herself doing nothing, sitting there calmly knitting a scarf.
"It is boring. But think about it, when we return, it will be the last day of August, and Kamikawa's birthday is on September 11th." Raphiel advised, "What do you think now? Is it time to give him a birthday gift?"
"You mean, I knit a scarf as a birthday gift for him?"
Gabriel understood Raphiel's thoughts.
"Right. Will this give you motivation?" Raphiel nodded.
"But in September, don't you need a scarf? The weather is very hot then."
After hearing her words, Gabriel no longer hesitated to start knitting a scarf to pass the time.
"It's just a few months earlier than scheduled; it's okay." Raphiel explained, "It's just to prevent buying a scarf for Kamikawa to wear in the winter."
"But I can't knit a scarf..."
Gabriel was moved by her proposal.
"If you're willing to learn, I can teach you." Raphiel said with a smile.
"Then please do."
After hesitating for a moment, Gabriel made a decision.
"Yes. I'll bring everything to teach you tomorrow. It's too late today."
"Good."
······
"Ren, can you hear me?"
Miku's voice came from the phone.
"Yes."
Ren placed his phone down and turned on laptop.
"Have you downloaded the game?"
Miku asked, a little nervously. This was her first time playing a game.
Even before the summer vacation began, she had made a promise with him to play online games during the summer nights.
Today was the first day.
"Downloaded."
Ren clicked on the game he had downloaded earlier in the day.
"This is my first time playing this type of game, so I might not be very skilled at it."
In the past, the games he played with Gabriel were all RPGs and simple two-player games, but the game Miku wanted to play with him was an online action game.
This made him less confident.
The game terms were explained to him by Gabriel and Miku; Ren didn't actually understand their meanings, he just followed what they said.
"That's okay, I'll teach you." Miku said confidently.
The game she chose was one even a beginner could get a good gaming experience from.
"Um."
With these words, Ren felt a little more relieved.
"How do you connect to this?" He wasn't familiar with the game terms.
"You click on the multiplayer game first..."
To play with him, Miku detailedly taught him.
