Ambrose watched in panic as Ana clutched her chest in pain. There was a panic-stricken look in her eyes as she started hyperventilating.

Ambrose didn't know what to do. He wanted to help but didn't know what to do, so he did what he always did when he didn't know what to do. He just stood there. 

As he watched her struggle, a sense of unease crept over him. The fear of saying or doing something that might upset her or exacerbate the situation only compounded his inability to provide effective support.

After about 5 minutes, Ana finally calmed down. ambrose took this opportunity to ask her if she was okay. "Ummm, you good?"

"Perfect," Ana said sarcastically while faking a smile.
