Chapter 138: Back At Home

Allison and Bella watched as they rectified the error with the pit, what happened the day before couldn't happen again.

Bella looked around and she noticed that the eyes that gazed upon them weren't just curious about her build but rather they looked at Allison with suspicion.

Allison knew she couldn't remain quiet any longer and had to spill why they were looking at her the way they did.

"I might have gone a bit overboard yesterday," Allison said with an embarrassed look and after that, she briefed Bella properly on what happened the day before.

Bella just shook her head but she was impressed that Allison put herself at risk for these people.

There was no doubt that they would have suffered more casualties if she didn't intervene.

"I'm impressed, you're doing good!" Bella said, slapping her across the back.

Bella's strength nearly made her stumble into the ground but she managed to remain on her feet.
