After Huo Ning's words, Su Jiyai didn't waste any time and asked her to meet in the greenhouse.

Huo Ning walked towards a part of the base that was off-limits to most—a restricted area known as the Forbidden Zone.

As they approached the entrance, Huo Ning hesitated for a moment, hearing a faint, unsettling buzzing sound. 

As if there were bees nearby, but she remembered Su Jiyai's instruction,

"Don't go anywhere else than the greenhouse."

So Huo Ning suppressed her curiosity and walked toward the greenhouse.

She passed through the heavy steel doors into a large greenhouse.

The sight before them was unexpected—it was barren.

No signs of life, no green, just dry, cracked soil that looked as if it hadn't seen water or sunlight in years.

The reality was the system had watered the area just 2 hours ago but for some reason the soil remained cracked and dry.

Huo Ning frowned.
