Upon entering the core area, everyone immediately split up according to their pre-arranged groups to search for their respective targets.
While Max's mechanical body could fly and had powerful attack capabilities due to Mark's research data, facing the combined effort of Captain and Tony, there was no room to spare for protecting the Vibranium body in the midst of the life-or-death struggle.
As for the other mechanical duplicates produced on the assembly lines, they were even more vulnerable. Although they were numerous, under the coordination of Natasha and Hawkeye, the old partners, they managed to create a path for Mark.

"Get out of here quickly! It's going to detonate the energy reactor underground in the laboratory!" Tony immediately saw through Max's intentions and turned to loudly alert Natasha and Hawkeye.
"Tony, take Natasha with you, and I'll take Hawkeye. Let's get out of here quickly. Mark, order all the Transformers to maximize the output of the energy barrier. We must limit the explosion's impact range, or else all the citizens of Seoul will perish with us."
"Understood, Captain! I've already issued the command and mobilized all the micro magnetic axis robots to create a physical protective cover. I've reserved an exit for you right in front of the laboratory's entrance. Get out quickly."
