Suddenly, the door burst open and I flinched at my place.

Vincenzo seemed completely unfazed by the sudden intrusion. I followed his gaze and saw three doctors standing in the doorway, their expressions focused and determined.

What's going around? Confusion clouded my thoughts as I tried to make sense of the situation.

"I called them when you went to make soup," Vincenzo told me, reading my confusion, which was clearly visible on my face.

"Ohk"

And I thought that he was not worried about his health. But the current scene contradicted my assumptions.

The doctors wasted no time; their movements were swift and efficient. One doctor approached Vincenzo, checking his blood pressure with professional air. Another reached for a thermometer, gently placing it against Vincenzo's forehead to take his temperature. Meanwhile, the third doctor prepared a needle to collect a blood sample.
