Chapter 105: ari

What happened to him? Did no one feed him? Or did they make food he didn't like? Why is he going around glaring at everyone he sees? 

"Follow me," a stern voice commanded, I was too busy staring at the apple which had fallen to realize that I was being called. 

My gaze shifted from the fallen fruit to a pair of shoes that had materialized in my line of vision. 

  Slowly, my gaze traveled upward to meet a set of intense black eyes that seemed to be directed straight at me. 

  The glare was unmistakable, and I couldn't help but wonder what had caused his apparent irritation. 

What's gotten into him? Was he not fed properly? Or perhaps the meals served weren't to his liking? Why is he going around casting glares at everyone he crosses paths with? 

"Did you not hear me?" Cyrus's voice held a note of impatience. 

I cleared my throat, feeling a bit flustered. "Um..."
