Meanwhile, on another side of the island, another serendipitous meet-up occurred. Theos had a serious look on his face as he stared eye-to-eye with Linea.

'Why does she feel so cold? Is she even alive?' Theos thought after seeing the emptiness in her eyes. As the latter slowly walked toward him, he could not help but prepare himself. The situations he had been in were something a regular Joe would never be able to dream of.

Being a member of The Integrals meant that he had to spend most of his life navigating The Unexplored World, facing Abyssals at every turn. The horrors he witnessed were enough to kill a child from fear. Therefore, he had a loose attitude in The Known World; however, seeing Linea made him raise his guard up like death was around the corner.

"You should have just stayed at the outskirts of our haven," Linea coldly said before for her Celestial.
