"Absolutely no!" he refused at once and shook his head. "It is dangerous. If a man like Casian fell into her trap, he would not be able to survive. What if she hurts you or worse, traps you in a plan." his face hardened just with the thought of it.

If he had not killed Renne and neither did Cassian, her murderer was still lurking in the dark, hiding among others and that thought did not sit well with him.

"Is it, not the reason I am leaving for the duchy?" she rolled her eyes at his exaggeration. Though she felt a warm and fuzzy feeling inside her heart.

"I want her to attack me and we will catch her red-handed. I will be a distraction Cassian needs to find his son.'' The thought of her being a bait did not go well with him and he shook his head again.
