Chapter 15: Injustice Part-01
After his speech Indrajeet sat down on his chair amidst the applause.
After that the speaker started voting for each of the subjects in the five year plan for voting.
All the plans presented in the plan were passed with majority of the votes.
Next step was for the plan to pass through the Rajya Sabha(Council of States). It will be done after three days in the Rajya Sabha.
Indrajeet followed the prime minister Shashri Ji, both of them came to the prime ministers office.
When prime minister Shashri ji and Indrajeet sat down on the sofa opposite each other, the secretary came up with two cups of tea. He put down the tea on the table between the sofa and closed the door silently after walking outside.
"Indrajeet, Now that the five year plan has passed through the Lok Sabha, it will not be hindered by the Rajya Sabha. What is your plan next?" asked Prime Minister Shashri.
"Shashri ji, Next I want to focus on my job as a Defense Minister. There are capable people to implement the plan will continue to follow-up on the progress of the plan." Indrajeet replied.
"Good, It has been two months since you took your position and rather than working as a defense minister i had you work on this plan. It is better for you to focus on the defense ministry to understand the dynamics. " Said Prime minister Shashri.
"Yes, Shashri ji, I also think so." Replies Indrajeet taking a sip of the hot tea.
After talking with prime minister Shashri about the defense issues Indrajeet returned to his office.

When Indrajeet was going through the documents, the phone on his desk started ringing.
Indrajeet put down the file on the table and picked up the phone.
"Hello" said Indrajeet.
There was a sound in the receiver, a national party cadre from the State of Tamil Nadu was speaking.
"Okay, You just have to follow the procedure. I don't care who's behind this, if they have committed the crime then justice should be served." Said Indrajeet and put down the receiver.
Indrajeet thought for a moment and rang the bell on his desk. The secretary came inside, Indrajeet handed him a note and told him to deliver it to the Office No.09, Grievance Redressal desk.
The secretary reached the Office No.09, Grievance Redressal Desk, where a women was sitting wearing a khaki uniform and big glasses.
"Minister Nehru asked me to deliver this" said the secretary and handed over the note to the women.
She took the note from the secretary and opened it, when she saw the code ward written on the note, she said, "You tell minister Nehru that the task will be completed."
When the secretary leaving the office No.09, he heard the women talking on the phone.
"This is Grievance Redressal Office. We have received a level-5 task, Activate Agent Red."

The National party government in Tamil Nadu has been working on industrializing and developing the economy for the last 9 years.
All the district has established a High-School and every ten villages have established a school with at least 2 teachers.
For the people state, agriculture was still the main occupation. So to increase the food production, National Party established many dams for irrigation and also for electricity generation.
Cauvery River, Which is magnificent and stretches for hundreds of kilometers. It rises on Brahmagiri Hill of the Western Ghats in southwestern Karnataka state, flows in a southeasterly direction for 475 miles through the states of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, and descends the Eastern Ghats in a series of great falls.
This river that feeds millions of people in the two states of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
The National party government in Tamil Nadu has been building Dams on the Cauvery River since it came in power.
Lower Bhavani Dam was established in 1955, Amaravathi Dam and Chickkahole Dam were established in 1958, Nugu Dam in 1959, Avalanche Dam, Emerald Dam, Kundah Palam Dam were established in 1961.
The manpower and resources used for these projects were huge. Although all these projects were developed for the benefit of the state and its people, no one can fight against the mighty nature.
People's lives have become better since the National party came to power in 1955.
Many people now owned their own farms, many people have started leaving in the brick houses. Poor people who had to send their children to work at a young age, now send their children to school.
Although they are poor and illiterate, they want a better life for their next generation. And only education is the only way for the children of the poor to change their destiny.
Now the government takes care of one meal for the children, the parents are also happy to late their children go to school.
Farmers worked on their farms from July to March and then they worked on the government projects in the three months of April, May, June.
Many of the villagers in the Udagamandalam district have worked on the Avalanche Dam when it was started building in the 1960.
After the completion of the dam, electricity generated was provided to the Udagamandalam, Ooty, etc.
Hundreds of thousands of hectare land came under irrigation after the completion of the dam.
In July, there was continuous heavy rain poured down for ten days straight in udagamandalam district. People couldn't leave there homes.
All the activities were stopped. Most of the people were huddled in their houses waiting for the rain to stop. In this heavy rain, children couldn't return to their villages, so the they stayed in the school and someone was send to inform their families.
Water level in the Cauvery river was continuously rising, On the tenth day in the middle of the night, the Avalanche Dam build 18 kilometers away from the Udagamandalam couldn't hold it.
When the dam collapsed, the huge amounts of stored water came down with such a speed that the river channel couldn't accommodate it, when the river channel couldn't hold it, river channel collapsed and the water entered the farms, villages and towns.
Hundreds of villages located near the river channel were flooded, before people could wake up from their sleep they were swallowed by the river current.
Even the Udagamandalam city was affected, it was already 2 days later that the authorities knew about the tragedy that happened. Until that moment it was too late to save anyone.
