After explaining to Cecil about my plan, I went to the lodging. According to my map, one pink dot with Garcia's name and a blue dot with Isabelle's name were inside the same room.

I had prepared everything Cecil needed to play her part. Fortunately, she was willing to cooperate with me after I dominated her, and I didn't need to 'order' her to do it.
