Chapter 349: Will They Remarry?

The laughter caught Asher's attention. Glancing to his back, he saw his father walking toward him.

"What are you laughing about?" asked Asher. He was further displeased at the sight of his father's face.

Nicholas' lips curled into a smirk. His face might have some wrinkles here and there but, no one could deny how attractive he was. He was among the most sought-after bachelors in the capital during his youth.

Nicholas chuckled. He stopped just right beside Asher. Their heights were almost the same

"Ah, my son is still as grumpy as ever. Don't you feel sorry for your mother? You forbade her from coming back. She can't attend your grandmother's birthday banquet because of that."

Frowning, Asher responded, "She reaped what she sowed. I've given her countless warnings but, she didn't listen to me."
