Chapter 447: A Texas Boy

It had been two days with Ma and Clyde as they taught us how to correctly take care of a baby without dismantling it and setting it on fire. The first day was rocky, I thought my patience was the size of a thread but Benedito's was worse that I started to doubt did he even know what a baby was. 

But Pedro had explained Benedito had never been exposed to babies and when he had at Hans he was too scared to even pick one up. No one was really sure why he was scared of babies but everyone was probably too afraid to ask as well. 

"Do you think he is getting a hang of it now?" Clyde asked me as we watched Ma teach Benedito how to burp a baby and correctly hold on. His eyebrows were furrowed so closely they almost became one as he held a small notepad and took notes.
