Chapter 130: A Good Boy

While Asher accompanied his little miss, on the other side, Felix also drowned himself in work.

However, not soon after, Lucas came to see him, distracting him.

"I didn't want to disturb you or your work but Karl sent me here."

Lucas explained quickly because he didn't want to come off as annoying. He was there because he was forced by Karl to come there. Lucas's usual visitations were always on a schedule unless it's for an emergency. So, this could be considered an emergency too. That's what Lucas also thought since how much Karl insisted Lucas go by himself.

"Why? Did something happen?"

Felix asked.

"I guess. Kind of?"

Lucas sat down on the couch, then handed over a letter he pulled from his bag to Felix who walked to him and sat next to him.

"What is this?"

"A love letter."

"Be serious."

"Sigh...How am I supposed to know? Don't you see it's sealed?"

"...I thought Karl tells you everything he does?"
