Lucas was waiting at the car, as I got ready. I had told my wife not to worry about me that, all will be fine.

She was somehow adamant, but I had to talked to her.

To make her know that, I couldn't let go of everything that Leonardo and had done to us. The mess he has put our family through over the past years. He was going to meet his end and I was the one to give him that.

"You promised to be alrright?"

My wife asked as we separated from the hug.

"Yes, babe, trust me on this one. I would comeback to you, save and sound and nothing more".

She nodded, with the sadness on her face not missing out.

Well, I couldn't convinced her anymore . She had to bare with the fact and waited for me to come home.

"Alright, you should becareful then and make sure to come back on time" she gave me a quick kiss on my lips and even before I wanted to respond to it, she had turn on her back and left.
