Chapter 556: New Cities

Currently, except for the Golden Hawk City, the New Starlight City, Dragon City, Freedom City (previously known as Underground Slave City) and Ocean City, the remaining cities were not the official city.

To accommodate all the natives in these five cities was impossible. Therefore, Leo decided to create more official cities by destroying the existing non-official cities.

By having more official cities, the rate at which the natives increase their strength would be increased drastically.
