"I-i don't know what to say" Urmi responded, painfully. Her eyes were red with tears and anger.

"You don't have to panic" She heard him say.

Urmi nodded in understanding and waited for him to pass the message. 

"We will work on this together and get you treated" He added. 

"Will I survive this?" Her eyes teared and she blinked severally trying her best to clear the water gathering in her eyes and looking up at the handsome fellow, causing her to cry. 

"Many women have survived, why won't you?" Salem asked. He wanted to make her feel better. However, he was right. Many survived it.

Her eyes were filled with pain "I can imagine. You see...I have been through a lot. My fiancé cheated on me and he used this illness as an excuse."
