Chapter 162: A great man

Ray closed his eyes and held them shut for a few second. He lightly shook his head, feeling the emotion well up inside him. He then undid the seatbelt and opened the car door.

"Momo, come outside and help me with the wheelchair." Said Ray, stepping outside.

"But Ray… we can't." said Meghan. "We can't just leave him out here by himself."

"Meghan, please…" said Ravi with a smile to mask his inner sadness.

Reluctantly, Meghan turned away from him and got outside the car too. Ray walked over to the backdoor of the vehicle and opened it up. Together with Meghan, they lifted out the wheelchair as she unfolded it before setting it on the ground. Ravi pulled the wheelchair closer to the door and climbed into it. He reached his arm back into the car and pulled out his rifle. He placed it on his lap before he rolled himself towards the side of the road.
