Chapter 119: Careless

Dreamer's skill, Emperor's Domain, allows him to release a burst of his aura and create a 100 meters wide personal domain which will reduce the stats of opponents who are weaker than him by 30%.

However, Albert was not weaker than him but the butler who was against Liberi was definitely weaker than Dreamer as he felt his power sweeping away from his body.

This skill also gives Dreamer a 30% boost in his Strength stat which would prove useful to him now.

"What's…happening…?" The butler in front of Liberi cried as he suddenly felt weaker than ever.

"Is this your Gifted Ability young man? Looks like it only works on opponents weaker than you. As I am feeling nothing." Albert spoke, coming closer to Dreamer.

"You will soon feel something as well." Dreamer said with a smirk as he clenched his hand, making a fist and soon, the fist turned red as he launched himself at Albert.
