I didn't waste any time. I took the first bus to Jade River's house area as soon as school ended. It was a good thing I had the data of my classmates in my hand, so I found no difficulty in finding out his address.

The area was pretty unfamiliar to me since it was on the other side of the city. I had only been to this area once.

After getting off the bus, I asked around for Jade's house. Following the direction of a few kind passersby, I finally arrived in front of a regular house with blue paint. Jade didn't come from a wealthy family like Sally, so I had expected this. It felt refreshing to visit a common house and not a gigantic villa or mansion.

I pressed on the intercom, and not long after that, a woman's voice came out of it. "Yes, who is it?"

"Good afternoon. Is this Jade River's house?"

"Yes. That's right. Can I ask who you are?"

"I'm his classmate, Eirlys Williams. I heard he got hurt, and I come here to visit him."
