Three days ago, I left the house and went to the hospital with Makai. I was going there to visit Grantham and Rachel and to see my new niece, Mckenna. She had been born late last night, on the thirtieth of September. She was a full week past her due date and Rachel said that she was very happy to be getting her out of there.

I wondered if I was going to feel the same when it came time for me to deliver the twins. I mean, I was carrying two instead of one, so I imagined that it was going to be a lot more uncomfortable for me. In the end, I was sure that I was going to want to just get it all over with. Still, I was happy that I was pregnant and able to experience this magical event.
