“You are mean, my queen.” Darce moved away and pulled her cheeks.

Rosa tried to remove her hand but could not stop laughing. “But you need to be careful, your Highness; there are people who would love to make you into a puppet. We broke a lot of expectations when we united. This will be hard for you.”

Rosa sighed as she watched Darce’s expression.

Darce was pouting again. “I don’t care. I am the King here and will be making the last decision, not them. You have nothing to worry about.”

“Yes, I do not worry about the others, but there is Lady Henna. She does seem to hold too much power. She even has the power to confront the royals, even threaten to change the seat beside you.” Rosa went serious and rubbed her chin, looking at the ground.

“What gives them such confidence?” Her head went up to ask.
