I shoved my books into my bag as the students in the hallway chatter amongst themselves. Winter break starts next week, so I guess everyone is over joyous with Christmas just around the corner.

I'm pretty happy since I will be traveling to Florida for the break, and I'll get to see Grandma and my cousins. "Hey, Thea. I'm not going to see you during the break, right?"

I shook my head. "No, I'm going to see my grandmother in Pensacola." My dad told me that yesterday, and even though it's a pretty popular place, I have no idea where it is.

"Ah! Visit Montgomery while you're at it." Nolan suggested. "It's a beautiful place if you know where to go."

"It's near Pensacola?" I asked.

Nolan scoffed. "Yeah. Like a two hours drive tops."

I blinked at him. "How do you know that?"

"I might know someone that lives around there."

"What are you doing during the break?" I asked him as we made our way to our English class.
