"Yeah, it is Sauvignon Blanc." He drank a few more of his wine then set the cup on top of the blanket. "It is—"

"White wine, I know." I looked up and found him looking at me with an amused expression on his face. "What? I know Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine. My French may not be able to save my life but I know blanc means white."

"It amuses me how I know so little of you," he muttered to himself.

I giggled. "Well, we have only known each other for two weeks. There are not many things you could learn in two weeks." I grabbed one slice of pizza and took a bite.

"It seems that you totally forget about me." He shook his head and offered me a sad smile.

I chewed and swallowed. "What do you mean?" I tried to take another tiny bite and refrained from eating like someone who hadn't seen pizza in years.
