Chapter 54: Secret Hideout

Did he want to talk to me? Why isn't he saying something but giving me a longing look? Did he miss me? 

They both stared into each other's eyes. Waiting for the other to speak first but no one had the courage to do so. Sabrina could notice that the distance between them was slowly closing. As they took turns glancing at each other's lips. 

It wasn't just David but Sabrina has also longed for him and she couldn't put a hold on her desires. Only an inch was remaining until their lips collide with each other. She could feel David's breath on her skin, tingling her every core. 

"Sabrina?! Are you there?!" Doris's voice pulls them both apart abruptly. Sabrina pushes him away and walks out of the corner surrounded by the shelves containing bottles of wine. 

She haphazardly moves towards the stairs and crawls up without looking back. Reaching the top stair, she dusts herself, and clearing her throat she moves out of the storeroom.
