For hours, Alanor watched over his sleeping mate, wishing there was more he should have done to keep him safe. He had so many regrets, even as he somehow fell asleep, with Unar in his arms tightly like he was worried about losing him again.

'I'm safe again,' Unar whispered to himself when he felt his body to Alanor reconnected and his wounds had healed. He didn't know what Alanor had done to him, but one thing that he was sure of was the fact that he was feeling better, fresh even.

It was like he had gotten a whole new life, one that was happier and filled with beautiful memories. He loved it here, so he snuggled closer to his mate, making sure not to let go, because just like Alanor, Unar wasn't ready to be separated from his mate again.
