Prism continent woke up like the norm. People of the kingdoms went on to do their daily jobs, ignorant of what had happened the night that passed. They were lingering in the peace they were experiencing which was about to be shattered by a news that will shake the continent to its core.

A bloodied man made his way to a small village just as the sun had risen to the sky. He was swaying from side to side while walking towards the village's entrance. His clothes were torn with the wounds on his body showing and his face was pale with expressionless eyes staring at nothing in particular. One of the villagers saw him and came to his rescue at the right moment when the man was about to fall down on the ground.

"Are you alright?" the villager asked while supporting the man's upper body. The man suddenly grabbed the villager's clothes and pulled him nearer to him.
