Chapter 498: Lu Fang vs. Chevre

Lu Fang and Chevre were walking in circles, getting ready to fight. It was a practice weekend, and the man wanted to check his son's stamina. They were in the training area, located at the back of the Lu mansion. 

The man had long warned Chevre that in the business they were in, enemies were always around. He needed to protect himself and not just rely on the men at Den. Thus, he made it a point to have a regular fight with Chevre every month in the past two years. 

Among his children, Chevre was the strongest fighter. He not only had the best time training with his parents, but he took it upon himself to learn from his uncle Gao Rou. He was also involved in sports and that gave him the edge to keep up with an actual fight with his dad or his mom. 

"Ready, Chev?" said Lu Fang. 

Chevre first took a deep breath. He tilted his head left and right before answering, "Prepare to get beaten, dad."

"Huh! You wish, son," said Lu Fang.
