Chapter 7: Aliens?

I woke up happy. Not exactly my usual feeling first thing in the morning. I stretched feeling every muscle as my body rejoiced just because I felt good; it was after I was on the ground that I realized that Alex was not in bed.

I hurried through my morning rounds. The baths only had a few girls as typically only the KP staff woke up as early as was my habit. Even the soaking tub big enough to hold a dozen girls at a time was empty. I'd checked everywhere when I remembered one building that I seldom checked — the caretaker's cottage.

That is where I found Alex, bleary-eyed, messy hair, and bloodshot eyes — looking like he had done a three-day bender. He smiled when he saw me, and my heart stopped beating for a moment. "I've been up all night. I got up as soon as I could hear your breathing even out. We went the rounds, but this computer is behaving at last."

"What? How? …you can't use that computer; you don't have the authorization!" I sputtered.

"That is what it told me at first, but now it is behaving nicely. Anyway, I checked all the reported cases of missing girls. And no one has been taken unless they had developed, umm—developed… "

I was forced to ask "Developed what?"

"Umm, those." and he pointed at my chest.

I looked down at my chest in surprise. Now mind you, I don't have the most massive set in the crèche, but still, I was adequately endowed.

Alex went on, "It turns out that even including the group taken from 290 that everyone was at least a B cup or higher. Of the random missing girls, they were all C cup or higher."

I just stood there looking stupefied.

Alex continued, "The other point is that most of the weight distribution of the kidnappers hit their toes first. When homo sapiens, male or female, such as populate this planet, walk their weight typically hits heel first. Not toe first. We are talking aliens here, not a rogue group of Amazon-like women. "

And with that, Alex shut up. Frankly, I was speechless. One for him to go to this length was amazing. Second, and even more stunning was how did he get that computer to cooperate with him?

I walked him back to the main house and catching the attention of Ai-Chan I asked her if she would escort Alex to my room and see that he went to bed. Then I went to find Jen so I could share Alex's insights.

Zhōu Ai disappeared after that, and no one could remember seeing her since breakfast. Grumbling to my self about never being able to find a man when you wanted him, I went looking again. Finally, in my room, I found the first signs of him and Ai-Chan. Two sets of clothing were pilled up by the bed. As I came closer, Ai-chan shushed me and pointed to the peacefully sleeping Alex. He was cuddled next to and almost on top of Ai-chan, his head on her chest, sound asleep. Ai-Chan said, "She fought me a bit, but I convinced her to shower first. By then, she was so tired that I hopped into bed with her. She crashed on top of me, and I didn't have the heart to wake her up. "

Maybe I should have let them both sleep, but if he woke up now and saw where his hand had settled on her chest, there was going to be a massive bloody nose. So I convinced Ai-chan to wiggle out from under him. And just in time too. He blinked a bit and saw me and his face lit up in a grin, then his eyes tracked over to Ai-Chan's slim curvy figure, long black hair with square-cut bangs, her perfect pixie face, and her small but oh so perfect chest. You guessed it, bloody nose.
