Luke was still on the phone but also got out and walked to the car. He could see two people in the car. He informs the emergency call person that there are two individuals in the car. He looks at the people and can tell that they are breathing but they are both bleeding. "I am not comfortable moving them but my companion and I will open the door and see if either of them are responsive." He opens the passenger side door and makes sure not to move any part of the lady sitting in the seat. "Hello, can you hear me?" the lady doesn't move and is unresponsive.
