Chapter 14: He still actually believes me as his mom!
Tang Xi shakes her head "No. Before I could do something, his enemies found him and was reaching him. So... I couldn't save him then, but I took the kid and escaped from there. I called the number he gave. But the person too couldn't reach me...Something bad should have happened then".
Jing pulls her hand "Mommy ? The man died?? Or alive?".
She sees his eyes and says "I heard his friend said he will appear again for sure...And I too believe ..He will appear for sure!!".
Jing frowns "Mommy what happened to the kid? Did you save him? Or the enemies killed him already?".
Tang Xi laughs "What do you think about your mommy ? Did I leave him to die?".
Jing shaken his head "No!! My mommy is good !!".
Tang Xi takes a deep breath "Yes!! I saved him".
Jing smiles brightly "Mommy? Where is he?? ".
Tang Xi pokes his forehead "He is really considerate..He listens to me...he loves me...he is obedient..he learns everything fast..and he got his new Aunt Ananya after coming away from the country..and he loves to eat like his aunt..And now he is lying next to me and listening to my story!".
Jing frowns trying to understand her words and opens his eyes wide "Mommy!! Am I the kid?!".
Tang Xi overwhelmingly nods.
Jing asks "The man in the car My dad?".
Nod.
Jing frowns "Mommy? Why were you not with me in the car? Did you go somewhere?"
Tang Xi's eyes getting wet " ...." He still actually believes me as his mom!
She says "Jing..You got two moms. I saw you at the accident so... I brought you away to save you. You may have your biological...true mom with your dad".
Jing pouts "True mom?".
She explains helplessly "Jing I just saved you! So your mom should be with your dad..So I am saying ..If your Dad appears again..you should return back to your parents. Your dad and mom? You understand?".
Jing looks at her and blinks "Mommy. If dad appears, you will leave me to dad?".
She gritted her teeth as she has no other choice other than this and nods.
Jing hugs her "Mommy.I will not go to daddy I want you!! Daddy is bad!!".
Tang Xi looks into his eyes asks "Jing.. Is your daddy bad?".
Jing recalls the story and pouts confused "He.."
Tang Xi pats his cheek "He's good. You know right?".
Jing still stares at her confused.
