Power Rankings. This is not related to Webnovel’s power rankings. (get me up there (this is though))

Individuals are ranked by letters:
SSS>SS>S>A>B >C>D>E>F
There are names for the each 3 ranks:
F-D: Weak Power Users 1:3- 1:99999
C-A: Super Power Users 1:100000- 1:999999
S-SSS: God Power Users 1:1000000- 1:150000000

There is currently half of the world going through mutations while the other half's mutation will or will never occur.
Only 25/50 people on Earth have a SSS ranked ability currently based off of theses statistics. In the novel you won't find a whole bunch of mysteriously powerful people coming up from nowhere unless their power recently got activated (in which they will be incredibly unstable power wise) or they will be well known.
The Earth has about 7.5 billion people give or take. I did the math. There will be strong and weak people (who get power and think they are invincible) who the mc will cross paths with. Some have the potential to defeat him (while he is still vulnerable to ultimate ass whoppings) but others will be solved by a flick of his finger.
