This was written on a whim.
I can flesh out and write more if it's interesting, but this was a random idea based on a random inspiration. :)
This is based on a robot I designed and modelled a while ago.
Remade cover, still not amazing but it's better.
Feedback is fun!

The King gets what he wants, always.
“He's very rough." A mistress whispers to the woman standing beside her.
“He’s inhuman, breeds a new kink everyday. I was so close to being chosen last week." Another mumbles.
“Never make eye contact with him, he hates it.” The middle aged lady whispers in my ear, tucking a strand of hair behind my ear.

Goblin Problems
David has a memory problem.
He remembers that he was young, that he played games, and that his father disliked him for spending too much time on his hobbies instead of working on being better at school.
Unfortunately, that's about all David remembers, everything else, including his last name and what he looked like is a blank.
What he does remember is that he slept in his room, had a very, very vivid night, and next thing he knew, the sun was up, warming his face, and he was lying down in the grass in the wilderness.
Oh, and most importantly, he's now a goblin.
That wasn't right, and despite his fragmented memory David knew he had to go back. He didn't want to live like this, or spend the rest of his life as a small, pathetic goblin.
So begins his adventure, David's quest to fix his goblin problems.

One horror story could be about extremely poor installation. For example, cabinets that were installed crooked so that the doors wouldn't close properly. Another might be about the quality of materials. Some customers have reported that the countertops they received were chipped or scratched right out of the box. And there were also cases where the promised delivery time was not met, leaving customers in a lurch with half - renovated kitchens for weeks.
Perhaps his experiences with different teams are among the top stories. For example, how he interacted with players, managed the roster, and dealt with the pressures of winning in a competitive league. He may have had some great success stories or faced challenges that became well - known tales in the football world.
Well, from what I've heard, a theme is the growth and development of the characters. As the story is set in kitchens of the Midwest, it might show how the characters evolve within that domestic and regional context. It could also touch on themes of community, since kitchens are often gathering places in a home and can represent the broader community in a way.
I'm not entirely sure as I haven't read it in full, but typically in a novel set in a specific place like this, there would be a family at the center. Maybe a mother or grandmother who is the main cook in the kitchen and passes on family traditions.
One specific horror story is about a Wren Kitchens installation where the installer drilled through a water pipe. This led to a huge flood in the kitchen area. The installer then didn't seem to be properly trained to deal with the situation. And Wren Kitchens was slow to send proper help to fix the pipe and the damaged kitchen, causing a lot of stress and financial loss to the homeowner.
Reed Robertson might write a story about his own life experiences. He could start with his childhood, growing up in a unique family environment. Maybe he'd write about the challenges he faced, the lessons he learned, and how they shaped him into the person he is today. His story could also include his relationships with family members and friends, and how those connections influenced his life choices.
Well, 'What's Bred in the Bone' could be considered his best. It has a wonderful exploration of art, destiny, and the human condition. The protagonist's journey through different historical and cultural settings is fascinating, and Davies' prose is as usual, full of depth and beauty.
Another great one is 'The Manticore'. This novel delves deep into the psychological journey of its protagonist. It combines elements of self - discovery, family secrets, and Davies' unique brand of storytelling that often weaves in mythological and philosophical undertones.
One of his best novels is 'Fifth Business'. It's a complex and engaging story that delves into themes of identity, guilt, and the nature of heroism. The characters are richly drawn, and the plot unfolds in an interesting way that keeps the reader hooked from start to finish.
In my opinion, 'Fifth Business' is often considered one of his best novels. It has a complex and engaging plot that weaves together themes of identity, guilt, and the role of the individual in society. The characters are richly drawn and the narrative structure keeps you hooked from start to finish.
