Little Red Riding Hood, A modern day tale.

Everyone knows the story of little red riding hood but what if she lived in modern times and the Big bad wolf was after her for more than her basket of goodies. ......... Lillian was a kind and caring woman. She spent her time helping the homeless and caring for the elderly. Her bright green eyes and flaming red hair made her look like a beautiful fairy. She was four foot four and a very petite woman. ......... Breathtaking isn't it?" She was startled and jumped at the deep sound of a man's voice. She turned around to look into the deep dark cold eyes of a man she never thought she would ever see again. Jake, her knight from high school. Here in the flesh. She thought back wasn't his name Smith back then. "Mr. Wolf?" .......... Lillian had a great dream. She was lost in a forest and a big handsome wolf found her and help her find her way to her granny's house. 'Red, trust in you wolf and you will never be lonely again' her granny said. 'But Nana he is a wolf they are untrustworthy.' She said. 'Red my dear a wolf mates for life so trust' ....... "Could not leave with a kiss?" Then he seen her face and froze. "Is everything alright?" "Your fiancee called you need to meet her and your parents at your place at twelve thirty. Don't be late." She turned and walked away. "Shit" He followed her out. "Lillian stop please." She walked over and grabbed Toby's leash and pushed the button. Toby jummped off the couch one more time and went to her. She reached down and clicked it on. "Lillian let me explain." The doors opened and she went down. He just stood there and watched the doors close. .......... "My Mr. Wolf what big eyes you have." She said smiling at him. "The better to see you with my dear." This world is too normal.... Day in Day out, Everyone is just living for their survival. Where's the fun in that?, Wasn't living supposed to be fun?. I need a change...No this world needs a change. And miraculously, The change i needed occurred in an unusual way. *BOOM* At that sound the world changed. 30% of the countries population awakened powers of different attributes. What do I do now that I've got the change I needed?.... There was no need to think...No matter the change....Humans are still humans. There will always be those who can't see the full picture and commit silly crimes. And also those who see the bigger picture and have bigger agenda's. But who will stop them?, Everyone is becoming the antagonist of the story without knowing... We all know a story wouldn't be balanced without someone to go against the antagonists. My eyes as the author came across a young teenage boy like all the others was one of the chosen few... Awakening fire abilities, he chose to use it for fun without knowing he is the one keeping the balance of the story. He and friend Sasuke with child like mentalities became Vigilantes. Join Them as they continue to keep the story in balance while facing increasingly stronger enemies as the story progress. Author's Note: √ Hey Author here, I rewrote the synopsis and I will be apologizing to my readers for the unpredictable release of chapter's one through forty, I had school, family issues and also I'm the only child so you should get but... I'M BACK!!, and I promise to release appropriately from now on. The release rate will be 7 chapters every two weeks please bear with me. I would really love to take down the first forty chapters as I wasn't on balance and just wrote whatever came to my on the spot cause it stakes on my mind as an author but as a person I'm leaving it on so I can use it remind my self of my growth as this is the first novel I've written. Good news...The story I've always wanted to write or had planned to write starts from chapter 41 but that doesn't mean you shouldn't read the first forty chapters, it's good being sincere, you can just call it the beginning chapter's as it just laid the ground work for the actions and main story plot of the story. Also this might sound selfish but please leave a review and umm...power stones, for my growth cause I've got two stories that I know will shake webnovel as a whole so for it to be perfect I'm going over it slowly and thoroughly, you should expect either late 2023 or early 2024. I will give you all an update when it's out cause I should be done with Burning-hood deviant before they start. Anyways thanks for being kind enough to listen to this poor authors note and complaints I really appreciate it and will do my best from now on as I keep on writing you can also you can leave a comment on ideas you have that I can implement into the stories growth. Your's Faithfully, Top_Tier. (•‿•)

Where is the irony of midnight

The novel Midnight expressed many aspects of content through irony. First of all, it satirized the revolutionary nature of the Chinese national capitalists and showed the two sides of the typical image of Wu Sunfu. On the one hand, he had the desire to develop national industries, and on the other hand, he had the desire to exploit and suppress the masses of workers and peasants. Secondly, the novel satirized the contradictions and hypocrisy of the capitalist community. Wu Sunfu claimed to be a national capitalist, hoping to contribute to the country's industrial development. However, at the same time, he kept reducing wages and exploiting workers. In the end, his industrial dream was destroyed by public debt. It was ironic. In addition, the novel also satirized the national industrial capitalists who had a similar fate to Wu Sunfu, as well as the intellectual who had connections with the Wu family or colluded with Zhao Botao. In short, Midnight showed its ironic side through the description of the characters and the analysis of social reality, as well as the irony and revelation of capitalists.

One of the ironies in 'Pulp Fiction' is the non - linear narrative itself. It presents the story out of order, which is ironic as it defies the traditional way of storytelling. We see events at the end first and then go back in time. For example, Vincent's death is shown early, and then we later see the events leading up to it. This creates an ironic disconnect between what we expect to happen in a normal chronological story and what actually unfolds in the film.

Irony in fiction can be used in many ways. One common form is verbal irony, where a character says something but means the opposite. For example, in 'Romeo and Juliet', when Mercutio is fatally wounded, he says 'Ask for me tomorrow, and you shall find me a grave man', using the double meaning of 'grave' to create irony. Another is situational irony, like in 'The Gift of the Magi', where the couple sell their most precious possessions to buy gifts for each other, but the gifts are made useless by their sacrifices. Dramatic irony is also important, where the audience knows something the characters don't, like in 'Oedipus Rex' when the audience knows Oedipus is the one he's seeking to punish long before he realizes it himself.
