When the dogs that ever lived on Earth passed away, and their Earth pet lords lay them to rest to sway, they never went to 'Dog Heaven' as many thought, but yet they suffered metempsychosis, to be dogpeople than naught, carrying their observations, and experience on Earth with them they brought. So DogWorld had governments, and armaments, fishermen or fisherdogs, banks and market squares, religion and tradition, money, and more!
