Akan tetapi, Eletrical Spark hanya akan bertahan selama 12 tahun. Di lain sisi, ternyata ada seorang bocah berumur 4 tahun yang harus merelakan ayahnya hanya demi untuk keselamatannya. Kini bocah itu di rawat oleh salah satu Jendral besar bernama Harasuki Raigi. 12 Tahun kemudian . . .
