I completely ruined it from volume 2 and ran out of ideas to rewrite it so I am dropping the story for good

After defeating All for One, Izuku Midoriya is reborn into the peaceful past of Japan. At least, he think's it's peaceful. How bad can pre-quirk era be? Eventually the story will get to the point where it's almost completely original, I've decided that the story will end in a way that is completely different to the original story, I'll even be adding an original character for it!
