After many tries, many rulers they finally succeed in summoning but instead of six people nine appears.

After that fateful day, the titles of War Emperor, Chang Sheng, and the Divine Legacy of Eternal Golden Empire were eliminated with the gods' intervention. Once bitten, twice shy. The gods wouldn't allow a second "Chang Sheng" to exist in this system. The wheel of fate stood still from that fateful day onward and only started to turn again at the birth of an infant named "Hespar" by his parents.
