Meaning Perfect Master Ultra instinct and all of goku's abilities. This happens before the rating match and the story will continue on before the rating match. No! Goku will not get a harem. Goku isn't the guy to have one.

Follow the story of a 20 years otaku in the world of My Hero Academia. He will be reborn as vegeta and conquer the world of MHA as a Saiyan. Disclaimer: I do not own the original characters of My Hero Academia. However I do own my own characters. I will make a harem but not too big only about 3 girls.
