Short Horror Stories

A Book full of Short Horror stories. A ride full of exhilarating tales of different scenarios which will make you crave for more. Someone who loves reading novels and stories is trying to write her own one for the first time here... A lil disclaimer: *stories will be all fictional and nothing is related to any other author's stories All the story are just my brain farts(sorry not sorry)* Enjoyyyy Story 1st "One night": the story is about how the protagonist who came to relax and spend time watching stars had an unexpected visitor and how it made his life upside down and converted that night into a horrible and permanent memory of his entire life. It was my first ever original written story. Of course, it has room for a lot of improvement, but it also has sentimental value to it, and that's why I decided to keep it up here as a reminder of the starting. Story 2nd: " The Island Trip." It's about a group of friends who booked the ticket to the vacation island trip. They were going to be festivities and concerts, and it sounded like the best way to socialize and clear their mind after a hectic year. But what they didn't expect was to be followed by someone. And with the turning events, they ended up in a place where they were warned to never go. A tale full of twists and turns and plots thickens with every chapter. TW: one character's death/ violence. (little bit not heavy on violence.) Story 3rd: "Not Alone." The story is about Ethan, who was transferred to a new office which was out of town. The new place where he was living was causing trouble for Ethan. The story is full of Paranormal activities and hauntings. The mc has anxiety attacks and existential crises, and the spirit took advantage of it. Read it to know what happens to him, if he survives it or not.

An open - ending short story can be effective by making the reader think. For example, if a story ends with a character facing a difficult choice but not making it, the reader is left to wonder what they would do in that situation. It draws the reader in and makes them engage more deeply with the story.

Well, there's a short story about a man who received an anonymous letter asking him to go to a specific place at midnight. He went there full of curiosity. When he arrived, he saw a figure in the distance. But before he could approach, the figure disappeared into the shadows. And the story ends there. It's open - ended as we don't know who sent the letter, who the figure was, or what would have happened if he had reached the figure.

An open-ended film and television work referred to movies, television series, anime, games, and other works where the storyline did not have a clear ending. The readers and audiences could freely imagine and interpret it. This kind of ending often left more room for the imagination of the audience, allowing the readers to have more choices and possibilities. An open ending could stimulate the creativity and imagination of the readers and audience, while also increasing the depth and complexity of the work. Common open-ended works included classic literary works such as Dream of the Red Chamber, Journey to the West, and Water Margins, as well as famous works such as Forrest Gump, The Matrix, and Qianxun.

The open-ended ending of a novel meant that the ending of the novel left a lot of unknown and guessing parts so that the readers had more imagination and desire to explore. Here are a few ways to write a novel with an open ending: 1. Leave the protagonist with many choices. At the end of the novel, the protagonist is faced with many different choices and the readers are guessing what the protagonist will eventually choose. This choice could involve the protagonist's life, values, beliefs, and so on. 2. Leave clues. Leave some clues or hints at the end of the novel for the reader to guess the meaning of these clues. For example, a novel could hint at the future of a key character or the ending of an event. 3. An open ending with two or more storylines. At the end of the novel, the protagonist was involved in two or more storylines at the same time, allowing the reader to guess how the two or more storylines would develop. 4. Give the readers more room for imagination. At the end of the novel, some open-ended questions were left for the readers to imagine the answers themselves. For example, a novel can ask the reader,"Do you think the protagonist is right?" Or "Will the protagonist be happy in the end?" The advantage of writing a novel with an open ending was that it allowed the readers to have more imagination and desire to explore. At the same time, it could also increase the readers 'reading ability and appeal. However, it is important to note that when writing an open-ended ending, one should be careful not to make the ending too far-fetched or difficult to circle so as not to disappoint or confuse the reader.

An "open ending" meant that the ending of a novel or story was not certain, leaving many possibilities and imagination. This kind of ending is usually left to the reader to explore and imagine instead of giving a clear answer at the end of the story. The reason why an "open ending" was called an "open ending" was that it did not give an answer at the end of the story in the traditional way. Instead, it allowed the reader to explore and imagine for themselves. This kind of ending could stimulate the reader's imagination and creativity, and at the same time, it could provide the reader with more story clues and plot development. In the face of the " open endings " of many literary works, we can try to accept this kind of ending and allow our imagination to play freely. At the same time, he could also try to explore and think about the meaning and symbolic meaning behind this ending to gain a deeper understanding and thinking. We can also leave more room for imagination in reading and let the story develop on its own, so as to better enjoy the pleasure of reading.
