There is a fine line between love and hate.
========
This is a story that revolves around the lives of six young people, all in search of their dreams, and of that elusive thing called love. In their quest for these, all of them find themselves lost in a web of deceit and lies that they can no longer remove themselves from. Trapped within the prisons that they themselves have created, how will they rise above it all? Or will they ultimately be consumed by the flames?
There are robins in England. These little red - breasted birds are very popular. A robin's story could be like this. In a cold winter, a robin was looking for food. It hopped from one garden to another. A kind - hearted old lady noticed the robin and started leaving some breadcrumbs for it every day. The robin became friends with the old lady. It would perch on her window sill and sing to her. This friendship lasted through many winters.
Well, many English birds are migratory. For example, the swallow. In stories, swallows are often seen as symbols of summer. They fly all the way from Africa to England when the weather gets warmer. Another fact is that the pheasant was introduced to England for hunting. In some stories, you might find a pheasant trying to outwit a hunter. And then there's the blackbird. Blackbirds have a beautiful song. In stories, they can be the minstrels of the forest, singing their hearts out to welcome the dawn.
English birds in stories are often depicted as having unique characteristics. For example, the owl is seen as wise. In many English stories, when the characters are in a difficult situation, an owl might appear, symbolizing the knowledge or guidance they need. Another fact is that some birds like the skylark are associated with freedom and joy. Their songs are described as uplifting, and in stories, they might represent a character's hope or aspiration.
The ending of 'The Birds' is both mysterious and thought - provoking. After the intense and harrowing experiences of being attacked by the birds, Melanie, Mitch, and the others are able to get into a car and start to drive away. The birds that were once so aggressive have become quiet. Hitchcock deliberately left this ending open - ended. It could be that the birds' aggression was a short - lived phenomenon, or it could be that they were simply following some instinctual pattern that had run its course. This ending also serves to heighten the sense of dread and the unknown. We are left with the characters, and by extension, the audience, still in a state of fear and uncertainty as they leave the scene of the attacks, not knowing if the birds could resume their attacks at any time in the future.
In the 'for the birds short story', perhaps it tells a tale of characters who are engaged in activities that are only beneficial to themselves in a rather self - centered way. For example, if it's about birds, they might be hoarding food while others are starving. This would be a story that shows the consequences of selfishness.
