Well, here's one. I was in a really quiet library. I needed to sneeze but I tried to hold it in. In the end, it just sort of exploded out of me in a really strange, muffled sound that made everyone around me look up. I turned bright red and pretended to be really into my book.

Well, I once went to a party wearing two different shoes by mistake. I didn't notice until someone pointed it out in the middle of a conversation. It was so embarrassing but also quite funny as I started making jokes about my 'new fashion trend'.
